Since standard listing creation is free, no refund policies apply to general directory membership.

2. Optional Paid Featured Promotions

We offer optional paid promotional upgrades, such as Homepage Spotlight Banners, Priority Category Search Rankings, and Dedicated Social Media Spotlights for local enterprises looking for maximum visibility.

• Cancellation Before Activation: If a business owner pays for a promotional banner slot and requests cancellation in writing via our helpdesk (`+91 6264843843`) before the digital banner is published live, a 100% full refund will be initiated within 5 to 7 business days.
• Cancellation After Activation: Once a featured banner or priority listing has been designed, verified, and published live on the website, the promotional service is considered fulfilled. No partial or full refunds will be issued for the remaining duration of the active billing cycle.

3. Duplicate or Error Payments

If an advertiser or vendor accidentally makes a duplicate electronic payment or experiences a technical transaction glitch due to banking network delays, our financial desk will verify the ledger against our registered GST account (`09ADNPR9315B2ZA`) and credit back the duplicate amount immediately upon verification.
