If you do not agree, you must discontinue using this website immediately.

2. Nature of Our Platform & Zero Brokerage

RIDHI SIDHI ENTERPRISES operates as an information discovery and local business networking directory for Gaon Nagla Hargovind, Khirari, Raya, and Mathura District.

• No Middleman Fees: We do not charge commission, brokerage, or transaction fees on any commercial deal struck between consumers and listed vendors.
• Direct Negotiation: All inquiries initiated via click-to-call buttons or WhatsApp chat are between the buyer and the seller directly.
• Product Verification: While we verify physical addresses and mobile availability, we do not inspect or guarantee the physical quality of third-party goods sold by listed shopkeepers.

3. Business Listing Rules & Vendor Responsibilities

If you submit a business profile for publishing on our hub, you warrant and agree that:

• All provided information (Shop Name, Address, Contact Number, GST status) is 100% accurate, current, and lawful.
• You have full legal authority over the enterprise being listed.
• You will not upload misleading photographs or advertise unlawful, counterfeit, or prohibited goods under Indian law.
• We reserve the absolute right to suspend, remove, or edit any listing that violates our verification standards or receives repeated customer complaints.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All website design, Core PHP architecture, custom graphics, logo icons, and compiled directory databases are the exclusive intellectual property of RIDHI SIDHI ENTERPRISES and its proprietor Sukh Ram. Unauthorized scraping, data mining, or reproduction of our directory structure is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RIDHI SIDHI ENTERPRISES, its proprietor, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from business transactions, pricing disputes, or service delays between consumers and third-party vendors discovered through our platform.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of website usage or directory listings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.

7. Communication Consent & TRAI Regulations

We collect personal details like your name, email address, and phone number etc. By sharing your information, you authorize RIDHI SIDHI ENTERPRISES to contact you via SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Email, and other communication channels. This consent overrides any NDNC/DND registration as per TRAI regulations.
